Today was the monday-est Monday to ever Monday...

I swear teaching the kids today was like talking to a brick wall. I spent the entirety of my morning doing breathing exercises in order to not lose my cool.  There is nothing more annoying than telling a child to do something and having them stare at you blankly as if you spoke another language. Seriously.

And to top it off when you spend the entire day stressed, and then find out that there is going to be a meeting..... I was not happy. Especially since meetings are always the same at preschools, it is just your principals going on and on about the things us teachers need to improve upon, but then they never give us the rescources to implement any of these improvements. We the teachers however, decided to turn the tables....

One of my fellow teachers decided to speak up about the parent complaints we have been getting about our principals. And no, we did not bring it up to be petty. We have been getting numerous complaints about them from the parents of our students. And thankfully we voiced a lot of the parent's concerns and it was well received within management and they will be holding their own meeting to make their own improvements.

Our biggest concern we as the teachers had though, was communication. I know I have said this before. But seriously, for those of you in a management position.... COMMUNICATION is what will keep your teachers and parents happy. Even if you are forced to make a last minute decision, we will be happy with even a few moments heads up. Just give us some kind of warning when something happens, please...

That's all for today everyone! I am so tired from the long and stressful day that I'm ready to pass out ASAP.

See You Next Time!  Happy Reading!
